Step 1

Gathering Information

In order for us to design, manufacture and dispatch your awards, we need some key information to help us create the right awards for you. Below are some factors to consider…

The type of award you’re after – Shape, Colour, Material, Style
You may have an exact award in mind, it may just be scribbled ideas on a notepad or you’re looking for help on where to even start – which ever the scenario, we can help.
Company logo or event theme artwork Artwork should preferably be sent as a Vector file (either Ai or EPS format) or a hi-resolution Jpg. If you’re unsure please send us what you have and we’ll advise you on the quality. If you have brand guidelines please send these too.
Quantity of awards required
Let us know the approximate quantity so that we can quote accordingly. Reduced unit prices are available for higher quantities ordered.
Budget per award
An estimate will help us choose the appropriate materials, size and design possibilities
Date the awards need to be delivered by
We will also need the address and contact details closer to the date.
Individual personalisation information
This isn’t required immediately. We just need an idea of the space required for engraving/printing. This is usually the last process in the awards manufacture. We supply PDF proofs for all artwork and will not personalise your awards until these have been approved.
Do you require presentation boxes?
Our bespoke awards come wrapped in foam wrap and bubble wrap for protection during delivery. If you require individual presentation boxes let us know and we will factor these into your quote. Box lids have the additional option of being personalised.

Step 2

Quoting

We’re now ready to put together your quote, including written detail and visual design, suggested materials and pricing. 

This service is free of charge.

Step 3

Production

Once you are happy with the quote, we accumulate the relevant materials and start the machines! Our turnaround times can be from 4 – 6 weeks dependant on the complexity and quantity of awards ordered. We are always happy to accommodate your deadlines so just let us know if you need them any quicker. 

 

Step 4

Personalisation

This is the final stage of production. We require all award details (category titles, winners names) no later than 10 working days before your delivery date. You can send details to us in a plain text format, we will then create the proofs for all awards and email you a PDF for your approval. We will not start any personalisation until these have been signed off by yourself. Again, if your judging deadlines are tight, just let us know and we’ll advise on the quickest turnaround.

Step 5

Dispatch

Your awards are ready! Each award is packaged in protective foam wrap unless you have specified presentation boxes, and sent via next day courier to your specified address (UK or International) they will need to be signed for on receipt.
